WE HELP THE HELPERS
Our mission is to give frontline staff free coaching support during the COVID-19 pandemic. We know that being on the front line is harder than ever right now. If you work in healthcare, emergency services, or education, and you're feeling stressed or worn down, we can help.
WHAT WE DO
Frontline Help is a coalition of more than 300 coaches worldwide who are donating their time and expertise to offer FREE coaching support for frontline staff dealing with COVID-19.
Coaching is not psychotherapy - if you're feeling severe mental distress, we have a list of resources you can access HERE. However, coaching can be very effective if you need a trained, skilled listener who can create a safe space for you to talk things through, give you advice on managing stress and handling challenging situations, and show you how to tap into your own strengths and experience to find a way forward. We know helpers like you sometimes forget to ask for help themselves. So we're here to help YOU.
Frontline Help is made possible through the wiseHer Foundation, a project of The Giving Back Fund, and the generous coalition of coaching organizations and individuals who are donating their time.
SPONSORING ORGANIZATIONS AND PARTNERS:
If you're a frontline worker managing the effects of the pandemic, you can book your FREE 30 or 60 minute coaching session by registering on the wiseHer advisory platform below. Your coaching session will take place over the phone and will be one-on-one with your selected Frontline Help coach.
Do you lead a large coaching organization? We have partnered with a number of reputable coaching organizations to make this service possible. We can't handle solo practitioner inquiries at this time - we hope you understand. But if you lead a large accrediting coaching body and are interested in getting involved, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Want to help in another way? FrontlineHelp is a non-profit project of the Giving Back Fund. Coaches are giving their time for free, and wiseHer is donating its platform to match coaches with frontline workers. Other support of any type (for example, PR or advertising) is very welcome as it will help us reach more frontline staff. If you can help, email us at email@example.com.
